Yin & Yoga Nidra: 90 Minutes of Deep Restoration


Join Aimee and Mike for an intentional evening of stillness, softness, and nervous system reset.

Aimee will guide you through a quiet Yin practice targeting the deep connective tissues. Ligaments, fascia, and joints, rather than the muscles. Postures are passive, primarily seated or reclined, and held for three to five minutes at a time. This slow, meditative approach increases flexibility, improves joint mobility, and stimulates the body’s energetic pathways. Think of it as a self directed deep tissue massage from the inside out.

Mike will then lead you into Yoga Nidra, a powerful guided meditation designed to bring you into conscious deep relaxation. While you remain aware, your body and mind settle into the space between waking and sleeping; the place where profound restoration happens. Just 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra can feel equivalent to several hours of uninterrupted sleep.

No experience necessary. This practice is for every body.
Come prepared to soften, explore, and restore.
