March Madness Burpee Marathon

The March Madness Burpee Marathon is a structured, one hour fitness challenge designed to test endurance, strategy, and mental grit in a supportive, high energy environment.

This is not a drop in class, it is a timed event where participants move together through clearly defined rounds.

Event Format

The hour is broken into repeating intervals:

  • 4 minutes of full burpees

  • 1 minute mandatory rest

  • Repeated for the full 60 minutes

All participants start and rest at the same time using one official studio timer.

Participants are not expected to move nonstop. You may skip an entire 4 minute round if needed and rejoin during the next working interval. Strategy and pacing are part of the challenge.

Burpee Standards

Each burpee must include:

  • A jump at the top

  • A push up at the bottom

  • Frog squat down

  • Frog squat up

Clean repetitions count toward your total score.

Scoring and Prize

Your final score is the total number of completed burpees across all working rounds.
The participant with the highest total will receive a small prize and studio bragging rights.

This event is open to anyone who wants to challenge themselves in a structured and motivating setting. Whether you are competitive, curious, or simply looking to push your edge, this event is designed to be intense but accessible.

Autopay members participate free.
Non-members may join for $10.

Spots are limited to ensure the room remains organized and safe.
Advance registration is strongly encouraged.
