Arm Balance + Inversion Workshop


Arm balances and inversions don’t have to be intimidating. This 2 day workshop with Holly Raymond is designed to help you approach these poses with strength, awareness, and control.

Each session will begin with a guided warm up flow to activate and prepare the body, followed by a breakdown of key arm balances and inversion techniques. You’ll learn how to safely enter and explore poses using props such as blocks and the wall, allowing you to build confidence step by step.

This workshop is open to all levels. Whether you’re new to arm balances or looking to refine your technique, you’ll be supported in a way that meets your individual practice.
