This classic 26 posture, 2 breathing exercise series is designed to strengthen, stretch, and balance the entire body while creating a sense of grounding and clarity. With over two decades of teaching experience, Kim brings depth, compassion, and knowledge to every class she leads.

All levels are welcome. Just bring your mat, your breath, and a willingness to move and sweat with community.
