Amy Ahner

Amy’s relationship with movement is rooted in balance. Alongside her work in public service, she trains for triathlons and trail races, weaving together endurance, strength, and recovery as a way of life. Yoga became the steady thread that keeps it all connected; a place to land, to listen, and to build strength from the inside out.

Her classes reflect that same integration. Expect intentional sequencing, and space to both challenge yourself and breathe deeply. Amy loves helping students tap into their resilience, whether that means holding steady in stillness or pushing through a powerful sculpt set.
