- Strength and flexibility drills to support forearm balance 
- Techniques for balancing and safely entering the pose with or without the wall 
- Strategies for overcoming fear and refining your inversion practice 
The workshop will include core activation exercises, wrist and shoulder preparation, and progressive drills to help you work toward a controlled and sustainable forearm stand.
